Flight tickets are an option and can be included in the overall
cost. Transport is provided at the airport and will take you directly
to the best beach or to your hotel/apartment/campsite. You will
also get taken back to the airport at the end of your stay. Hire
cars are also available.
During your stay you will have the option to either take it easy
and surf the break directly in front of the hotel/apartment/campsite
or otherwise benefit from guided tours (if requested) during which
you might find yourself surfing some of the amazing secret spots
this area provides (depending on group size and ability). For example:
if there is a huge swell running then a variety of world class sheltered
spots can be found in Northern Spain (1hrs drive).
You will benefit from years of local knowledge so that any particular
beach will be only selected after a careful study of the swell/wind/tide
conditions thus ensuring you get the best of the surf.
Accommodation
We offer well-located quality accommodation. We cater for all budgets
including students and city professionals alike.
The standard package deals include either a double room in a two
star hotel with breakfast, or a self
catering apartment two steps from the beach.

General
Pointers and help to get the most out of a Boardingmania weekend!
• Try and exercise regularly before coming.. jogging,
cycling, swimming so that you’re surf fit.
• Keep an eye on the charts/surf forecast so you come
prepared for the right conditions.
• Mid-week breaks and the beginning/end and off-season
breaks are cheaper, less crowded and there’s generally
better surf.
• Stay away from the Pastis if you want to surf in the
mornings.
• Don’t forget to get an EHIC (European Health Insurance
Card - The new E111) which you need to receive healthcare when
in Europe. Available from your local post office/ or online.
• Extreme sport travel insurance is obligatory. |
