Results: Made the finals of the French Inter-University Snowboard Championships.
              Round 3 in the British University Surfing Association Championships.

                        SLSGB Beach Lifeguard Qualification

Surf trips: Indonesia, Spain, Canaries.

Lives in Hossegor since 2004.

Role: Managing Director of Boardingmania and Surf Coach.

Background: Brought up in Belgium to Welsh parents (both teachers). True product of the European School     system. Studied Geography with European Studies at the University of Exeter (BA Hons.) with 1 years Erasmus in Bordeaux III. A true European!!! I chose Exeter University in order to live closer to the Surf. I've been surfing for ten years (18 -28). Surfing has taken me to Indonesia (x3) Canaries (x1) Spain (too many to count) and England. I've been snowboarding for 15 years (13-28) in Scotland, the Alps and the Pyrennees. Having travelled alot I decided to settle somewhere I could surf and snowboard in the same day. The Boardingmania business concept was a logical progression from the eternal dilema of how to earn a living whilst indulging to the maximum in your favourite passtimes. I was working all week then having the best weekends ever with cranking surf at Capbreton on the Saturday followed by powder and sunshine in the Pyrenees on the Sunday. The idea was, "why not share these moments and enable myself to make my weekends last all week!!".
